The court accepted the lawyer’s defense opinions of defining the case as a marketing commodities counterfeiting a registered trademark crime and reduced the punishment from 10 years’ imprisonment to 4 years
 Defending for Yang in the intentional homicide case（the case was happened 12 years ago incurred by family control officers’ brutal implementation of the policies. Both the public security bureau and the procuratorate assumed the case as intentional homicide. The defender did the arduous investigation including referring to the original birth control records, visiting the persons who knew the inside story and the defending opinions were finally accepted by the court.
