/ Corporate Governance Team: legal counseling, company establishment, corporate structure design, drafting and review of articles of association and shareholder agreement, agreement review, compliance review, employment, legal examination, equity incentives, foreign-related services and etc. The team reports to the Annual Legal Counseling Center of the main office.

/ Corporate Investment and Financing Team: investment and financing, equity transfer and capital increase, due diligence, M&A and capital market, liquidation, crisis resolution and other non-litigation legal services.

/ Corporate Dispute Resolution Team: litigation and arbitration, corporate crime accusation and defense, intellectual property protection and other dispute resolution legal services. The team reports to the Litigation Center of the main office.

/ Corporate General Services Team: civil and commercial, tax consultation and planning.
